The All-in-One (AIO) system will receive software upgrades on August 29, 2024. These changes will automatically install and include more features to better serve you and your patients. Upgrades include:
1. Communication banner
- At the top of the AIO screen, a banner will provide relevant information to keep your practice informed of upcoming changes and additions
2. Schedule a virtual meeting with a parasitologist
- Under the Menu button, you can select Consult a Parasitologist to easily schedule a meeting
3. Inventory
- An inventory “alert notification” has been added during the test process to provide a warning if cartridges are approaching expiration date
4. Under Construction Mode
- If for any reason the AIO analyzer service is interrupted due to maintenance, an “under construction” message will appear on the screen
